We're excited to begin your onboarding!

Below you will find several key steps in our onboarding process. The Lula Onboarding process is estimated to take approximately 4-6 weeks, with the majority of time attributable to the Delivery Providers setting up the store, and Lula working on your inventory integration. Please review the steps below carefully. Many steps require completion before we move on to the next step. If you have any questions, your quickest resource is the Lula Help Center linked below under resources.  

1) Complete your account setup in Stripe - You will receive a link within 24 hours via email (Subject: "Stripe Setup") that takes you to a Stripe.com page for verifying your email and completing your payment account. All monthly billing from Lula is handled in Stripe. Once you complete this step, we will continue the process below. Note that while our work begins now, charges won't begin for 45 days, so even if your store is live sooner, charges won't start until day 45.

2) Store Information Sheet - Please download this sheet, fill it out - one line for each store, and email it back to us at chickenking@lulacommerce.com. This allows us to create your store front on UberEats, DoorDash, and GrubHub. You can get started on this now and send it over.

3) Deposit Account Setup - You will receive an email from "Bill.com" in the next 7-10 days- follow the instructions there to setup the bank account in which we will deposit your sales proceeds less the solution provider portion which is withheld prior to disbursement.

4) Menu - The Menu will be copied from existing locations and edits will be made as needed.

5) Tablet(s) - After receiving your store info, and within 3 days of receiving your inventory, a tablet will be sent to your address. Tracking will be provided. We will provide further instructions on setup to store Wifi and login to the Lula Store Manager software.

This video shows a quick overview of the in-store order processing experience. Lula Store Manager is the application that lives on your Android tablet, and provides alerts when its time to accept and process a delivery order. You can set bagging times, swap out items, or contact the customer as needed.
