Eligibility: The Omnichannel Leaders in Convenience Awards are open to all convenience retailers and chains operating in the United States. Nominations should highlight individual leaders who have demonstrated excellence in omnichannel retail. Self-nominations are welcome.

Selection Process: All submissions will be reviewed by the Lula Commerce team, with a focus on measurable impact, innovation, and reliability in digital operations. Honorees will be chosen based on their ability to:

• Deliver seamless customer experiences across in-store and digital channels
• Demonstrate leadership in reducing order cancellations and downtime
• Innovate with technology and automation to drive growth
• Set an example for the future of convenience retail

The final list of honorees will be announced and celebrated at NACS 2025.
